About CCC

Big Goals Can Start here

Wherever you are starting, CCC can help you find your next step.

Our students come from different backgrounds, experiences, and stages of life. Some are recent high school graduates. Some are returning to college after many years away. Others are balancing work, family, military service, or career changes while pursuing their goals.

CCC offers pathways to degrees, certificates, workforce training, and continuing education. Students may complete general education requirements, prepare for a career, explore academic interests, or build new skills before moving on to what comes next.

Whatever brings you to CCC, you’ll find opportunities and support to keep moving forward.

A Community Of COmets

The impact of CCC extends far beyond our campuses.

Our students and graduates are caring for patients, teaching in classrooms, serving as first responders, running businesses, supporting local organizations, and contributing to communities throughout Northern Arizona and beyond.

Many people in our region have a connection to CCC through a family member, friend, coworker, neighbor, or colleague. Together, these connections form a community of learners, graduates, educators, and supporters who believe in the value of education and its ability to create opportunity.

Rooted in Northern ARizona

CCC was created by and for the communities of Coconino County. With locations in Flagstaff and Page, we serve students from across one of the largest counties in the United States. The forests, mountains, deserts, rural communities, and tribal nations that make up Northern Arizona help shape the college and the people we serve.

For more than 30 years, our students, graduates, faculty, staff, and community partners have contributed to the region through education, workforce development, and community engagement. You’ll find CCC graduates working in healthcare, education, public safety, skilled trades, business, and many other fields throughout Northern Arizona.

CCC Leadership and Governance

Coconino Community College is guided by the leadership of its President and CEO, the oversight of the District Governing Board, and a shared governance model that ensures faculty and staff contribute to institutional decision-making. Together, these groups help establish the college’s strategic direction, steward public resources, and support student success across the communities we serve.
